1. Agreement and website operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to goldenlinkins.com, operated under the public name Golden Link Insurance Center. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. General information only

The website provides general educational information about insurance and ways to contact the Agency. It is not an insurance policy, binder, contract, guarantee, legal opinion, tax advice, investment advice, securities recommendation, medical advice, or a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

3. Agency status and product availability

The Agency is an insurance agency, not an insurance carrier. It does not underwrite policies or decide claims. Products, carriers, eligibility, rates, discounts, benefits, provider networks, formularies, service areas, and availability vary by underwriting, location, appointment, licensing, and applicable law and may change. Website access does not mean a product or service is available in every location.

Website services are intended for California residents, subject to licensing, carrier appointments, and product availability.

4. Quotes, applications, enrollment, and coverage

A website request is not an offer of insurance and does not bind, issue, change, renew, reinstate, or cancel coverage. No coverage is effective unless and until an authorized carrier confirms it in writing and every applicable requirement is satisfied. Premium estimates and quotes may change after underwriting or verification. Carrier-issued policy and plan documents control over any website summary.

Do not cancel or replace existing coverage based only on website content, a submitted form, or an unconfirmed quote.

5. Medicare and government non-endorsement

Golden Link Insurance Center is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 10 organizations which offer 33 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1‑800‑MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed this information.

6. Electronic communications

When you provide contact information, you authorize the Agency to respond about your request using the channels you select. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop eligible messages and HELP for help. Additional consent may be required for automated, prerecorded, artificial-voice, marketing, or Medicare-related communications. The approved form consent—not these Terms alone—must capture any consent required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, abuse or bypass security controls, use automated systems to overload or scrape the website unlawfully, submit false information, infringe another person’s rights, or use website content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

8. Intellectual property

The website’s original text, design, branding, code, and media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal, noncommercial use or another use permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license, frame, or misrepresent website content without written permission. Third-party names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party services

Links or integrations for calendars, maps, enrollment, carriers, payments, government resources, and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, eligibility rules, privacy, security, or accessibility. A link does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, coverage, price, benefits, or endorsement.

10. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep website information clear and current, but it may become incomplete or outdated, and the website may occasionally be unavailable. Contact the Agency and review controlling carrier or plan documents before relying on information that affects coverage, enrollment, or a financial decision.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

The laws of California govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and subject to mandatory protections under other applicable law. The parties may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability; waiver; entire agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the website-use agreement; carrier and policy documents separately control insurance coverage.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
